PharmaPlus has developed a unique process to identify potential marketable medical technologies for universities.

The process consists of various steps and includes screening of university departments, initial market scans, initial patent scans, decision on optimal commercialization route for the technology (spin-off versus licensing) and in-depth market studies.

The process has extensively been validated under a grant from the Dutch ministry of Economic affairs at one of the leading Dutch universities.
